I recently splurged on a new ceramic paint palette and what a game changer. Previously I was using porcelain dishes that had room for about six colors with limited mixing space.
Since I love combining multiple colors to replicate nature, I need space and when you don't have room the mixing process can become a little frustrating.
One afternoon I was feeling defeated, my colors were running into one another and I decided enough. I switched gears and went for a browse through Amazon to find a solution.
There in one search was this amazing watercolor palette. In one click it was mine and arrived at the post office two days later.
I have been painting almost daily ever since.

This palette includes everything to mix the colors you love. Made from high quality porcelain I couldn't be happier with the additional space.This is a 12 x 10 with twenty-two rectangles for paint. I use Windsor Newton tube paints because many of their colors are the same from when I studied color theory.
We will just skip over how long ago that was.
After using this ceramic palette for just a few days I have been in heaven. The room for blending hues is spectacular!
This handy tool also came with a bamboo lid which has helped me stay organized because I tend to make a mess.
I basically flipped the lid, so the rim is facing up and placed my water dish, brushes and paint basket inside.
Everything fit perfectly.

The bamboo lid was sort of a bonus, it's not what I would call a tight fit, but it does cover your paints to keep the dust away if you take long breaks between painting.
Sharing this product with my art friends was a no brainer because when you find something good, you surely can't keep it to yourself.
