Herb Seasoned Pan-Fried Pork Chops

Using a special blend of herbs to add flavor to pan fried pork chops. Super easy and tasty.

We're taking my tasty homestead blend spice mix and making pan fried pork chops.  This recipe is super easy and turns dinner into a meal you will want to serve again.

Pork chops are not for everyone, but we enjoy them on the bone about once or twice a month.

When I say this recipe is easy, I'm not joking and sometimes I like to switch things up and just cook them outside on the grill.  But since it's been raining more than normal, I decided to go back to basics and pan fry.

Ingredients

      • Select your favorite cut of pork chops.
      • Homestead Blend Spice Mix, recipe here
      • Olive oil
      • Water
Tasty pan-fried pork chops for dinner.

Fry Pan Pork Chops

Take your fry pan and first drizzle with olive oil. Then heat up for just a couple seconds before adding pork chops.

Sprinkle the meat generously with the homestead blend spice and turn pork chop onto the other side and repeat with more spice.

If the meat sticks to the bottom of the pan, first turn the heat down and then add a drizzle of water to the pan. This will release the meat and swirl those flavors around giving the meat a nice golden finish.

Serve pork chops alone or with your favorite mix of veggies and enjoy!

See the Good,
