Garden Workshops with Carole West 2026

Learn to grow in raised beds with Carole West

I love sharing practical tips for raised bed gardening. My growing journey began long ago in my grandmother’s backyard.  We grew food, flowers and herbs.

With every visit adventure was the destination.  I summed it up best in my book Garden Up Green, we grew goodness from one generation to the next.

I will admit, learning to garden in Texas was a challenge.  From soil type to excessive heat, raised bed gardening became my solution.

That was 30 years ago and now I am sharing these tips in my upcoming garden workshops.

Whatever your gardening goals might be I would love to speak with your group, club or connect with businesses to offer the following classes.

I am booking now for 2026 and will travel 60 miles from Jefferson, Texas.  The following workshops are in person from January - March.
